Would really apprecaite help getting my casual mono-blue control/mill deck down to 60 cards

Thank you so much for any input!

Mono blue is all I have really played since I was in elementary, I enjoy messing with people and controlling the field.

This is obviously a pretty casual and inexpensive deck.

The idea is to get out Raven Guild Master and Scalpelexis with Traveler's Cloak to RFG them to zero while trying to control the field.

Retraced Image is for mana accell.

Treachery / High Tide combos are key as well i think.

I used to lean towards regular mill but there are so many easy counters I switched it to RFG focused.

I need help getting it down to 60 cards or if there are any essentials I am missing please tell me!
