Would you change anything about my sideboard??

I have a B/U Infect deck (Infectious P.C.P) that I'm prepping for a Modern tournament, and I want to be sure I have as many bases covered as possible.. Pre-board; it tends to do awesome against most match-ups except for really heavy board control, but other than that, I'm really not sure what an ideal sideboard would look like..

I personally prefer Memoricide to Surgical Extraction . Pithing Needle and Torpor Orb are also really good against certain pretty popular matchups. You also might think about adding Ghost Quarter to deal with Valakut and such. Other than that, doesn't look too bad.
