W/U Iroas Help

Deck Help forum

I want to build a deck with the primary focus on Hero of Iroas. Currently, blue was implemented for control, but at the cost of efficiency. I've researched and considered alternatives, but I rather inquire the community for assistance before investing further time and money. All recommendations welcome. Thanks in advance. One of the most important things about heroic decks is you need to be able to protect your big dude. One Doom Blade is basically a complete blow out. With only 8 sources of blue, you're basically never casting Dissolve any ways - since it will on average be much later in the game when you statistically get UU - so I would swap those out for Gods Willing . It's still going to be rough since you're going all in on non-hexproof creatures, but that's the risk you take.

Revoke Existence also doesn't need to be mainboarded. Your plan is to run them over, and your mainboard should support that. That could be freed up for those 2 Aqueous Form that you were considering.
