Zombie Deck help?

This is one of my first decks, i've only been playing magic for two weeks or so.
I'd love some help with it. I feel like based on what I've read/watched, this should be competitive. I've been demolished by thrown-together decks though. White Flying/Token deck has KILLED me repeatedly.

First off you need to decide weather you want to play mono black zombies or if you want to splash blue and go black/ blue. People are also having great luck with black red zombies.
I personally run a mono black zombie deck for fun. It is surprisingly effective.

I also have a black blue build that im partial to, but am constantly tweaking

I plan on tweaking both again once Avacyn is out. hope this helps.
