Zombie deck needs some guidance

Im not sure what I should do with this deck to make it better. I dont know what direction I should go towards. If i play against someone who just destroys my land I almost always lose. I've noticed I need a way to get things out faster, that seems to be my problem

Thanks mate, and just for future use theres a formatting page you should check out so you can link cards and decks into posts and comments without http links and all that.
