Zur EDH deck needs help BADLY!

Zur the Carpathian

I caved, figured I'd try my hand at a Zur the Enchanter EDH deck. Problem is, I'm trying not to just go off one of the random cookie cutter decklists available off the internet, and I'm at a loss as to what cards to add. Currently, I have WAY too many enchantments in it, next to no creatures, and only basic tutors.

My goals are simple: I wanna work it as a Voltron deck, I want it to have probably 25-30 enchantments maximum (at least a 10 of those to be Auras worn by Mr. Zur), and I want it to have good removal capabilities. Safe bet is I need more ramp, too.

This deck is in no way complete (Hell, there aren't even any lands in it). I'm afraid to add anything else without fine tuning what I have.

I've dreaded trying a Zur deck because my spidey-sense tells me I'd fail badly. I wanna keep this under $500. Any and all suggestions wanted. Thanks!

Updated it quite a bit, mostly thanks to the few suggestions I received. Am looking for more input however. I'm at 85/100 cards, hoping to fill those slots with more enchantments, and I'm sure my other spells/lands need some tweaking.
