$17 Thoughtseize

So Thoughtseize has been falling slowly for several weeks now, and there are LP Thoughtseizes for $17 on TCGplayer. Is now the time to buy? Or can I wait a bit longer? I don't have any immediate plans to use them, but I'm a fan of targeted discard and can definitely see myself using them.

I'd wait another week or two. christmas season is the time when modern staples get the lowest. I think they will drop but not by too much. But by all means. If you find a good deal jump on it
