Hey All!
First post on here. Couple friends and I are starting our own magic shop online: http://www.tinstreet.market!
It's a modern interface, with live chat, make offers, and uses Paypal Express (so no private or sensitive information is kept). Right now we have a limited selection of cards up but will be expanding that greatly in the weeks and months ahead.
We're just testing it out but most of the site is up and working. If you'd like to pay a visit we'd be much obliged! We're offering a 5% discount to you for our beta launch (use the coupon '5percent' at checkout)and we always offer free shipping over $200.
Hope to see you over there!
Cheers!Adam

You really should take clean pictures of cards on like a white or black sheet, it makes it more presentable since you are just selling individual cards

So I have one question....why should I buy from you? Youre prices are more expensive than TCG and other places by almost 10 dollars and you have no reputation. Also on your FAQ under returns the answer is yes we will fix what goes wrong you should be more specific and say if there was an error on our end we will fix it but returns outside of that will not be accepted....or will be accepted I honestly dont know what you guys do when I just want to return the card because I dont want it anymore. Like this is fine if you want to make an online store to sell to people around you....I suppose but to market to people you dont know with so many more options and no loyalty to your company I see no incentive to purchase from you compared to other established companies. Keep in mind this is a legitimate issue I think you will face and I am not trying to be rude but if you dont have an answer for it then no one will shop there.

Not to be nitpick you but the zendikar expeditions for the shocklands aren't standard legal. If anything if you wish to categorize them as expeditions leave them as that and then write in the description below if it's standard legal or not. I'm only saying this because looking at your standard legal stuff nothing I saw was actually standard legal.

These are legitimate concerns and I thank you for raising them. First, as to the FAQ - I'm not really sure why someone would place a purchase in the first place if they didn't want the item. But, suppose they did so on accident - as long as the cards are in good shape I see no reason why we wouldn't take them back. That's not something that should have to be specifically stated since that's just good business. Second, yes, we're not well known yet. That's OK. We hope to build a customer base over time. That's why productive discussions like these are so valuable. Have gone through and lowered the pricing on the cards (our local prices are a bit higher) to better reflect global market. Additionally, at any time, a guest may make a "make offer" for any amount by clicking on the desired amount and selecting the make offer option.

How are you going to grow your customer base if no one wants to buy from you? There is really no real reason to buy from you over other stores. You need to find something that makes you unique.

For starters, we sell indicidual cards only and you can see each of the cards front and back. That's obvious and unique.
Second, no most stores don't do anything unique. In fact most stores sell the same cards at way above our prices.
Third, in addition to be unique per point one above we also provide stellar customer service - we've got a chat box to enable users to contact us directly. Moreover, you can rate cards and make offers - no other magic shop I know of does that.
So, that's completely false.
