I am building pod and considering buying the voices and I can find the at 15 but I just feel like thats a lot because I feel like it will drop. Am I just really cheap or should I just buy them?

You mean Voice of Resurgence ?
I really don't see a reason for it to drop. It's a mythic rare, no-one's opening rtr anymore, it's unlikely to see a reprint anytime soon, it's used in a few high-profile decks and it's uniquely powerful utility is unlikely to be replaced.
I'm no economics expert, though.

Yeah sorry I meant Voice of Resurgence I am always used to calling it voice thanks for your guys opinion. I love voice and I think he is a good card but I just dont see him keeping a 15+ dollar price tag

Well if it makes you feel any better a few months before he rotated he used to cost around $30-$40, so him dropping down to $15 is probably the lowest he'll ever be at. Like I said I can honestly be wrong but I'm sure he'll keep that $15 price tag, and you're welcome that's the best advice I can give you.

With just how good of a card Voice of Resurgence is...I don't see it dropping at any point in the near future, if at all. It did very well in standard, and that's with a limited cardpool. In modern there's a much wider spectrum and it still performs like a champ. To be honest I'm surprised its only at $15. Buy now before the price goes up any.

I'll also pitch in with the opinion that Voice is pretty stable between 15 and 20, and there's no reason to be stingy for one of the best 2 drops for pod.

Voice won't drop below $15. He's a very important and unique card, that won't see a reprint for a long time, if at all.

I think the only thing that keeps voice from being out of line expensive is

I could be wrong so don't take what I say as a fact, but I really doubt that Voice of Resurgence will drop any further than $15. If anything he might go back up to $20 but I think that he will consistently stay around $15-$20 as he's used quite a lot in Modern.
