According to SCG, foil Stormbreath Dragon is $5 more than Avacyn, Angel of Hope . Get yourself some extra stuff if you can.

Only thing is that both of us are iffy on the trade, and my friend knows that Avacyn will hold value

TCG has them both about even, but Avacyn will definitely hold value much longer.

stormbreath will drop severely after standard avacyn is only going to go up or stay the same
