Brimaz, King of Oreskos Price?

I have a pair of these and I'm not sure what to do with them. I don't really play white, so they're just kind of rotting in my binder. I'm not super tuned in to various metas, etc. so I'm not sure what to expect from him from a value standpoint in the future. I know he's a $20+ card right now, but I'm wondering how much of that value is driven by standard. Should I be looking to use one of them (I'd love to keep one just as a collector) to trade before he rotates out of standard and plummets in price, or does he see play elsewhere enough that he'll retain a relatively high price once he rotates out?

Thanks!

All of the value is driven by standard, for comparison, check out Hellrider or Olivia Voldaren or Voice of Resurgence (to a lesser extent)

His price has been declining recently, and it could definitely drop once Standard rotates. He doesn't really see a lot of play, sometimes as a 1-2 of in Legacy Death and Taxes lists. You could probably trade him away without feeling bad.

He doesn't see much play in eternal formats. Trade/sell now

Sell now. He won't survive the iceberg that is rotation.

Thanks guys! That's kind of what I expected - it's always nice to know your intuition isn't totally off.

Shits on hella decks. Especially the slow 3 color kind :D

he is mostly a sideboard card in u/w control decks and occasionally sees play in agro style decks, although most people prefer rabblemaster in that slot. Other than that, he sees play as a 1 or 2 of Legacy Death and Taxes, as was said by someone else, and he sometimes sees play in modern hatebears

Hes definitely EDH viable. MY one buddy run's a really sick tokens/ taxes deck with him as his general and it gets the job done. Also tiny leaders is now a thing.

I am still not a big fan of him. He held that high value longer then I suspected he would.
