what do you guys think will end up being the bulk rares in this set? or joke rares like the primordials in gatecrash.
I know they are good in EDH, but really nothing else.

Sees play in just about every mono green deck or ramp deck in standard. Granted, that's the only one, but your generalizations are incorrect.
As for your actual question, there's no way that we'll know what's good or not until the set comes out and we get to play with it.

Sylvan Primordial is still bulk. What's it worth? A dollar?

i use Luminate Primordial
and sylvan in Roon of the Hidden Realm
since once gets rid of cratures and the other lands/etcs, and sylvan and Sepulchral Primordial
in The Mimeoplasm
for some amazing reanimator chains
Plus turn 3 sylvan in standard is pretty boss

The answer is most of them. But it also depends on your timeframe. In standard, a decent amount of cards will see play. Long term, I only see Brimaz, King of Oreskos making a name for himself in modern. He's good enough, we'll just need to see a deck list that caters to him. But other than that, I'm not impressed by anything really. They'll have their time in standard, then most will fade away. But not everything is spoiled yet either

Everything with the word Tribute on it.
Basically, Brimaz, King of Oreskos , Xenagos, God of Revels and Kiora, the Crashing Wave are the chase money. Gods, temples and Spirit of the Labyrinth will all be worth something. Astral Cornucopia and Heroes' Podium might be decent long term holds for EDH especially if you get them in foil, much like Chromatic Lantern .

Primordials are fantastic in EDH. Every card has a use - just maybe not in Standard.
