I assume that the price of Grove of the Burnwillows is because of tron being popular at a point because it was about 40 not too long ago. Anyone think itll go back down or stay around 60 as it is

It's the middle of Modern season, so a lot of staples are at a price peak. However, I wouldn't expect Grove to drop a whole lot, as GR Tron will pretty much always be popular, and I don't see Grove being reprinted any time soon.

Here's to saying that WotC wants to see all of the futuresight lands in standard in the next five years...

Have you seen that substantiated somewhere? Because pretty much all of their recent actions regarding dual lands in Standard indicate they don't want anything close to the power level of Grove anywhere near Standard.

Grove isn't that strong in terms of power level. It's strong in formats where Punishing Fire is legal. Other than that it's only played in a few decks that really want to preserve their life totals like tron.

xlaleclx, Grove of the Burnwillows is extremely powerful in that it does not come in tapped and is a dual land. Unlike the pain lands, it does not directly harm you, which makes it quite powerful in a GR Ramp deck, like GR Tron.

As for the price, I would say it'll settle down after this modern season and then rise again at the beginning of the next one.
