Cards to invest in from KTK standard and forward?

So I just want some opinions/suggestions of speculation of what cards from KTK and forward (barring fetchlands obviously) will make some kind of trend upwards or potential "sleepers" a couple years down the line perhaps.
Some Cards I've spec'd on are the flipwalkers from Origins, Languish, Monastery Mentor, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Collected Company, Wastes, Hallowed Moonlight Dig Through Time, Startled Awake Flip and Thalia, Heretic Cathar to name a few.
I think foil Startled Awake Flip may be a better spec (still not necessarily the best) from an edh perspective as that's the most likely place to find mill, aside from the casual kitchen table.

I've seen alot of movement in Jeskai Ascendancy. The tri-lands, and the Khans are also going to see a big gain. Don't forget Clever Impersonator, that card has begun to rise as well!

Sorry, thought we were talking just KTK.
Grab as many Alhammarret's Archives and Shaman of Forgotten Ways as you can, too!

The reasoning for the Startled Awake Flip spec is because I compare it with Glimpse the Unthinkable, a card, which to my knowledge, never seen competitive play in it's standard life, but is the premier mill card for casual kitchen table and making mill a big archetype in eternal formats. I consider it a low risk, high reward card where if it only sees one printing like glimpse then the potential for growth can be there. idk, I'm still on the fence about it honestly.

there is a huge difference between Startled Awake Flip and Glimpse the Unthinkable though. That's why I suggested foil versions being possibly a better option because of edh. Casual does not equal bad, so even as a repeatable effect the cost difference between 2 and 4 mana is huge and the turn investment required for repeated uses makes Startled Awake Flip a lot worse. Plus, the amount of people playing magic now compared to back when the original ravnica was in print means even if a set isn't opened a lot by today's standards, by comparison it's going to be opened more than something from the past. So even as a one time printing, it still wouldn't be comparable to Glimpse the Future as they would have essentially the same demand (casual and EDH mill decks) and glimpse is always going to be the more relevant and less available card.

abenz419 I see. I didn't take into account the growth aspect of it. There are more people who are playing magic now then they were when ravnica was first released. The amount of boxes/supply that would be available now even if it was low on today's standard would probably be double the amount of when boxes open for older sets. Hmm I didn't think about that one. Although I still like the card alot from a design standpoint and cards that usually do something unique in design/mechanic and stand alone from comparisons usually are good investments.

Startled isn't a strong spec. At 4 mana and doing only mill it is intresting but not amazing.
Foil manlands always seem a good spec, as do foil eldrazi.
