Crimson Wisps vs. Expedite price spike

So I was checking over my $10 decklists, and $10 Boros Weenie had shot up way over budget. 3x Crimson Wisps was more than the rest of the deck combined... I did a bit of price history checking, and it looks like it spiked during WAR spoilers. Expedite had a small blip, then restabilized. What's going on here? Is there some new deck I haven't seen that likes its creature base to be red?

Both are good in Feather, the Redeemed . Wisps is just older, harder to get.
