Cuz there's no way in the world I'll pay 150-200 usd for these promo Liliana of the Veil otherwise. is that a fair price for a foil Lili, or should I pass?

As someone who worked in a game/card store for a good while, I can say that things like FNM/Game Day promos and such do come sealed in plastic wrapping. Things like Judge Promos and such, I could not tell you about, and I'm pretty sure that the Lili's you're referring to are the JP's.

They'll likely be shipped to you in sleeves (most likely double sleeved) in a hard plastic casing. If the card is damaged, you can get a return.

If money isn't the problem, why not ! If you order online, it will most likely comme double-sleeved and in a toploader casing, all put in a bubble wrap for shipping.
