No way. Heck, a couple months ago he was sitting down around 12 dollars. Part of the reason he has jumped up to 25 is because of how good Kibler Aggro was in Standard. But that deck was only around for the last month of standard, and since rotation, Domri's price has steadily declined (down to 22). The only reason he hasn't gone back down to his old price is because Aggro is typically strong in the few weeks following rotation, so many GR decks are still using him.

The only times cards ever go over 20ish is if they make an impact on either modern of standard. Liliana of the Veil never made it past 45 in her time in standard, and she's important in both Legacy and Modern Jund, among others. And you can easily argue that she is better than Domri Rade. And that is Domri's problem, he isn't used very heavily in either of the other formats.

Whoops. In the first sentence of my second paragraph, replace "standard" with "legacy".

Hard to say, I think he will drop personally... probably back to $10-$15, but he'll ride high for a little bit due to the strength of Gruul aggro with him and Xenagos in the same deck right meow.

Domri Rade 's short term price is going to fluctuate between $15 and $25 through this next year. He's a good planeswalker, for sure, but he's really niche outside of Standard.

He's not going to go past $30, I'd be surprised if he stays above $25. Your best bet is to just wait. Once people start figuring out the new Theros format for Standard, I suspect we'll see Jace, Architect of Thought go up, along with Sphinx's Revelation . Domri Rade isn't going to outpace either of those cards for much longer.
