Omni Tell is a T1/T1.5 Legacy deck and runs at it as a mandatory 4 of.

Plus it's old. And only printed once.

fluffybunnypants is correct. Omnishow is the deck that plays it because it can counter anything the opponent plays. It runs four copies of Force of Will , two to four Daze , a Pact of Negation , then Cunning Wish to search for silver bullet answers out of the side.

Plus, you only play Dream Halls on your turn during your main phase, so your opponent can only play instants. They aren't going to untap when you play Dream Halls because you're going to kill them with Enter the Infinite and Omniscience , so they're pretty much stuck having to rely on something like Wear / Tear to stop you.

rache Just because your opponent can use it doesn't make it worth less.

jonhydude The fact that your opponent can use it definitely impacts the value

The fact that your opponent's deck isn't built to exploit Dream Halls gives you a huge advantage.

It's similar to Aluren . While it is TECHNICALLY a symmetrical effect, your opponent won't be drawing their entire deck and winning when you play it.

rache Black Lotus should cost 3 dollars because your opponent can use it.

Just saying.

rache I thought you meant your opponent can use it as in put it in their deck, didn't fully read the card. My bad.
