Fetch land price post-Theros?

My college refund check is coming in sometime this week, and I promised myself that with it, I would pick up my first-ever actual booster box. Right now, Khans of Tarkir is my big choice for it, mostly for the fetches but minorly also for the legendaries, as I'm in need of new EDH commanders.
Question is though, how much will the fetches retain their value/go up with the rotation of Theros and its scry lands, and M15 and its pain lands? With no announcement of the other 5 pain lands getting Magic Origins reprints on the horizon, it looks like the format will be dominated by basic lands once again (and the wedge taplands and two-colored life lands, I guess).
Any chance they'll significantly go up in value? Or is there just too much KTK being opened to justify a healthy price spike?

If you're looking to buy fetches, you should probably just use the check to buy playsets of them instead of gambling on a box. Just my 2 cents.

Since Khans was one of the most-opened sets, fetches will retain their $8-15 value for a while. They'll probably climb back up a little a few years out, since it's unlikely that they'll be printed anytime soon.
If you're looking to get the legendary creatures and fetches from Khans though, you may just want to look at buying the cards you want... I know buying your first booster box is a great moment (I did it with Khans myself), but I also did it right when it came out, so I traded off a Sorin for $30. If you're looking for fun and value, you might want to wait for BFZ and buy a box of that as soon as it comes out.

I would hazard a guess to say that even more KTK and FRF will be opened post rotation as they will be the main sets so the fetches should hold their prices at least until KTK rotates. I need to pick up my playsets as well so IM hoping for continued low prices.

Well there are also a lot of cards in KTK that I want/need for various EDH and Modern/Legacy projects. So even if I don't get my money back, I can always use the cards for decks.
I see what you all are saying though.

Fetches won't spike anytime soon, but they will certainly rise as time goes on. They are an integral part of Modern, Legacy, EDH, etc. They are also at their all time lows, so getting some now means they will only go up from there.
Also Battle for Zendikar will likely have some mana fixing, especially since last Zendikar had a "lands matter" theme. So I would expect some kind of dual lands to be printed.
