As the title suggests I just received that in a booster. I have no intention of making any deck with it and it is sitting at a nice ~$20 price. Should I hold or sell. My only uncertainty is tha fact that I have seen some Jund and Burn decks in modern play it which could result in a higher price.

I really dont think its good in jund bob is just better having a card in the hand is 10x better than a card on the abbot I could be wrong thatst just my opinion this card is good in standard its iffy in modern I would sell now.

I'd sell it, if it were me.

It isn't the decision that has the highest payoff, but it -is- the safest one. Abbot is better now in standard than he will likely ever be in non-rotating formats. He is not Goblin Guide, or Eidolon of the Great Revel.

While some deck may want him 5 years from now and cause his price to go up, it's a long shot, in my opinion.
