foil modern masters 2 staples

Do you think now is the time to buy foil staples from modern masters 2? I can get a foil emrakul on pucatrade for 7000 points ($70) which I feel is insane and I was think the foils will only go up over time.

Wouldn't the massive dump of singles coming after GP Vegas actually be the best time to buy? They're opening a ridiculous volume of packs over the next 4 days.

You also have to take in a country that MM2 can be reordered.
