I just managed to pull a foil utter end should I trade it asap or do you think it will raise in price?

It's a nice pull! It will have a good value for the next 18 months or so, but it will see a decline as it isn't really playable for Modern within the current status quo.
ShimmerVoid's observation about EDH players is pretty accurate, I think. Though its desirability among players of that format won't buoy its value significantly as the rotation of Khans begins to approach in ~2 years. Enjoy the card or trade it for some goodies that you'd like to use! :)

trade it. it's a solid, versatile standard removal spell, but 4 mana and 2 colors hurt it. it will surely go up due to edh eventually, but i don't think waiting 3+ years to turn $10 into $30 is worth it. it's too expensive for eternal formats, and cubes, so the only foil hunters will be casual and edh players.
it's also the gameday top 8 foil promo this weekend, so that could possibly affect its desirability/price as well.

thinks that are only good in standard and EDH don't see the same boost in price as things that see play in modern. get rid of it asap.

If it were me I would keep it. Anything foil is bound to increase in value.

I would probably look to trade it away, but not in a hurry. I can see it rising quite a bit as it's really sweet in EDH and EDH players have a notorious attachment to foils, but I doubt it would double in price or anything like that.
