So i'm curious, what contributed to Force of Will jumping from an avg. of $85 to an avg of $110 starting in December 2014. I'd love to pick up a couple... but i just dunno if they are gonna stay at 110 or drop again.
Does anyone have any ideas about this? Are just more people getting into legacy and playing blue, and demand is going up? Or will they drop in a few months back to $90/95?
I'm not really sure where you're seeing $110, but I just got one on Ebay about 2 weeks ago for $80.

Ebay isn't somewhere to find card prices. Obivously not consistent...
They're 120 on SCG right now

The cheapest NM FoW's on TCG are about 98/100 dollars. Lightly Played are like 90-100.

I'm not saying Ebay is the best for pricing. I'm just saying, $110 seems pretty inflated to me. Its been in the $90-$100 range for quite a while now, and you can definitely find it at that if you're patient.

card is really old and not gonna be reprinted anytime soon (if ever) because r & d are terribly afraid of it wrecking their carefully sculpted modern and standard environments.
its nm/sp rarity and it being a vintage / legacy staple will keep its value high.

Really lucky to have found a NM copy for like $35. Guy was quitting for his wife, haggled with him for half an hour to get the price UP to that. He refused to go higher, I didn't want to shortchange him too much.

@[user:dezzo] what does modern/standard have to do with repriting a legacy staple? theres commander, conspiracy style sets, ftv, more judge printings, dual decks if they really wanted, etc
force will stay up in the $100 area and continue to rise over time unless it sees a larger printing, the judge print dropped the price by like $10 for a couple months until people realized how small it really was

Don't expect FoW to drop in price, it's much, much, much more likely to go up in price.
