I currently have one Temple of Enlightenment for my U/W control deck. Current mid price on tcg is $5.99 and a friend from uni who has quit offered to sell me 3 of his for $15 but they are Japanese. Do Japanese cards hold the same value as the english counterparts?

Also quickly are people ok with foreign cards at FNM? My local shop is but I travel a lot so just wondering what your community's views on them were.

Japanese cards are more valuable than English cards.

There's no significant reason to disallow foreign cards at FNM. They're just as legal as their English counterparts. However, you should have the Oracle text available for players if they request it.

This isn't a by-community thing, by the way. The cards are legal.
