How are prices affected on cards if they're in a foreign language? I have a trade offer where someone is offering a foil Inquisition of Kozilek but it's Chinese. If it were English I'd be ahead about $10 in the trade, so I'm trying to figure out if I'm getting hosed.
I suppose in a broader sense what languages are more expensive vs others? Thanks for the input.

I have found that the top 3 foreign languages in terms of premium are Japanese, Korean, and Russian. I believe Chinese is worth slightly less because a lot of them get printed? That's what I've heard in any case.

@Human_Rogue_21: I don't know what price guide you're using, but a foil English Inquisition of Kozilek is $30 on SCG. A foil Chinese is probably $40-50.
I'll explain more about the market for foreign cards when I'm at a computer rather than my phone.

Alright, let's break this down a bit more:
In terms of value, English and the other Latin-alphabet languages tend to be worth about the same. French can be worth slightly more, and German varies (although high-value German staples can be worth considerably more than their English counterparts).
The "value" languages are, in order from highest to lowest value:
Korean
Russian
Japanese
Chinese
Chinese cards can vary from English prices to slightly above English prices.
Japanese cards tend to be a dollar to a few dollars more, and Japanese foils can be worth much more.
Korean and Russian cards are worth the most, and they can be 150-200% or more of the English price. Foil Korean and Russian cards are ludicrously valuable.
SCG prices:
Inquisition of Kozilek
is normally about $8.
An English foil Inquisition of Kozilek
is about $30.
I estimate that a Chinese foil Inquisition of Kozilek would be worth somewhere between $40-50, but it depends largely on what agreement you and your trade partner make.

In my experience, usually Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and German cards are worth the most. Usually, if a card is any of those languages, depending on the price of the original English Card, it can add between 5 - 10 Dollars to the original value. Cards that are Japanese, Korean, French, etc, usually add 3 - 5 Dollars onto the price of the original card. I would say that Foil Chinese Inquisition of Kozilek should be around 18 - 20 Dollars. Hope this helps!
