Goyf Advice

Hello all, I'm in need of some advice as what to do with an MM2 Goyf I pulled last night at draft.
I'm a pretty poor guy and I've been trying for about a year now to get in to Modern. I've been working on a UR Delver deck for ages. By now I'm well aware it's not as good as the upper tier decks like Twin and Junk, but it's still a fun deck and I'm not going to give up 3/4 of the way through making it.
My question to you all is if I should offload it, throw it in delver and go RUG delver, or just hang onto it and see where the price goes? At current, the only thing I need for my delver deck to be operational are Snaps, but they've almost doubled in price since cruise got banned. This is the most valuable and rare card I've ever pulled and I'm genuinely stumped as to what to do with it.
Not really looking for trade or buy offers, just advice.

nice pull first of all! If you are struggling budget wise mate, get rid. It sounds like you are never gonna get another 3 goyfs and goyf is a 4 of kind of gribbly. You can get a good chunk of another deck by chinning your single goyf off, so I would do that. Especially as making your UR delver deck into RUG will only serve to push the cost up even further. Just my two pennies there mate

Thanks so much for the replies guys! Those points definitely came to mind, but I think the shock factor alone of opening a Goyf at draft has clouded my judgement. I definitely agree that in my position, a few Snaps for a Goyf seems like a great deal. I'll throw out feelers at my LGS and see what happens. Thanks so much!

You should be aware that delver is a T1.5 archetype that is extremely well represented in the meta. It's a very good deck and it can pull out spectacular wins; it is also very fun to play (in my opinion).
Offloading your goyf for the parts required to build Grixis (Red, Blue, Black) delver would be a fantastic idea because it would mean that you continue to play the deck you love and you get to take it up a notch.
This delver deck 4-0'd a modern daily.

Your Tarmogoyf is pullin like 150$. Snapcaster Mage's are pullin like 54. So you could probably get 3 for 1
I'm using amazon's pricing which is usually about right or a little more

Totally check out grixis delver it looks sick with Tasigur, the Golden Fang. I thought about it, but I have another deck I'm working on

Yes, trade goyf for multiple snaps. Ur deliver is doing really well right now, splashing black for a few things

Don't keep goyfs unless you have a resonable hope of getting 4. Otherwise, trade them away for tonnes of cards you need ;)

Trade for snaps or fetchlands/shocklands you need. You really can't go wrong with grabbing those right now either.

just my thing here but .. if you enjoy running u/r Delver trade off it off and finish building it ... you will enjoy it more rather than trying to hang on to a card that your going to need 3 more of to do anyting with ... goyfs are better in packs .. and at the going rate you could get at least a few snaps out of the deal

Trade or sell the goyf for snappies. Snappy fits into any(just about) deck that runs
