Help picking a box

I feel a great need to open a box as i'm receiving a rather large check in the mail any day now. My main goal with the box is to pull as much value as I can out of it. My choice of boxes is either Khans or Fate Reforged; I can get either for the same price of $100 from my LGS.
So, now that the entire set of fate reforged has been spoiled, i'm here to ask everyone; which set has more value? Right now, i'm leaning more towards Khans. From what I can tell, Fate Reforged is lacking in value, with the only chase rares being Ugin, Monastery Mentor, and Soulfire Grand Master, and I only expect Monastery Mentor to actually keep a good pricetag. However, I'm still fairly new to magic, and i'm not the best at determining this sort of thing, so I come to you all for help.

So in short, which set has more value for opening a box, Khans or Fate Reforged. Thanks for any help you guys have to offer! :)

If you can buy a fate reforged box and immediately flip the stuff you pull, that will probably give better value. Right after release card prices are waaaay higher than they should be. But KTK is a much safer way to go and it isnt difficult to make your money back.

I left out a part that probably makes a difference. I never sell my cards unless rotation is nearby. The cards I pull will either be used, or traded for cards I need, which likely means i'd have a hard time getting rid of cards from Fate Reforged right when it comes out.

KTK has more eternal value, and FRF will have more value for the time between prerelease weekend and game day. I would personally get KTK if you can choose only between the two, the fetchlands and cards like Dig Through Time won't lose value even after rotation.

Alright, that's what I figured. I'm gonna grab a box of khans. Here's hoping I get that foil Polluted Delta we're all looking for.
