Does anyone know of any cheap "median" priced cards that have a ridiculously high "High" price?
Only reason I can think of is scamming purposes. Not that i'm accusing OP of doing this, but that's what comes to mind. Hold your finger over the medium price on your phone as you'r showing off your card, search their card, reverse the phone, cover the high price, and show the medium price for theirs.
Would probably only work on new players or kids, but there's a good amount of those at SCG Opens and GP's.

I think what he is asking is, do we know of any cards that have a low or median of say, $5, but the high for the card is like $20+.
To answer your question, no. You'd have to do the research yourself on TCG.

It sounds like they want to buy a card for its median price, and get rid of it for the high.
Not going to happen. The high price on TCG is useless in nearly every sense.

The high price is almost always just a single outlier, or two.
Reasonable mid price but very large high price is a reasonably frequent occurrence.

There is a local store that sells and trades in at the High prices. It's absolutely ridiculous how many kids are getting scammed by paying $10 for useless cards. They are selling an Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger for $130. So i'm attempting to get a somewhat ok deal.

...why? I'm afraid I'm confused.
