Inflated lands

Call me an idiot, but in my experience all normal lands have been around $0.15. Now, the full-art lands from BFZ are $0.42, and others in standard are $0.39. I can understand for the full-arts, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain to me the general price-jump. I don't get it. Thanks!

If anything, it's probably because of general inflation of costs over time. I would guess it's nothing terribly specific to basic lands.

You still can buy basic non full art lands on TCG starting at 0.04.

May I ask where you are getting your prices?

No, WovenNebula and TheAnnihilator, I was just looking at the prices in the bottom-lefthand corner of the cards here on TappedOut. My $13 deck had become $18, so I was looking around to see what it was, and the lands were all more expensive. And it was just the lands, specifically the ones in standard.

You mean basic lands, right?

Plains

Mountain

Island

Swamp

Forest

Its because the system is showing full arts as the primary basics for some reason. Just add (KTK) to the end of the basic land name to fix it.

Magicrafter, thanks! I get how to fix it, I was just curious why they're inflated.
