HAs anyone ever used buymorecards? Is it legit? Found lots of cheaper old cards.

Always check MTGS's Market Street Cafe.

There's only one post about buymorecards.net. It seems like they're unreliable at best. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the gamble.

Do they have quantity in those cards? It looks like they have some cheap prices, but no stock on those products. If they did get them in, I bet the prices would be more up to date.

I went through, and looked at a bunch of staple cards, and did not see stock in any of the well priced things. Which card were you looking at if you don't mind me asking? Check for reviews of the site. Looks like when the cards went out of stock that was their prices.

Hmm, looks like a site that closed up shop some time ago. Not a place I would try honestly.

They had a bunch of commons that were 30 cents that are 3 dollars now, I took a chance with a playset of gauntlet of power for 2 dollars a piece. It uses paypal and used a credit card so I could dispute it if need be

I had to browse a lot through them but it's mostly older rares that were cheap and jumped in price the last few years.

Didgeridooda, Heritage Druid , commons like that to try to make a profit.Epochalyptik thanks for finding stuff on them, I took a chance if I don't receive them then I'll dispute it, only got 10 dollars worth of stuff, so if I do get them I can flip it for 80 dollars.

Nice let me know if you get them.

Their stuff is incredibly cheap. It looks like they haven't updated prices for a year or two. Their fetches are 12-13 dollars and they have JTMS for only $72. If they are still around, you could make quite a profit. Chord of Calling for $3! It's incredible.

November 26, 2013 6:44 p.m.

@ENEyman: That's not a good metric. If you look, all of those cards are out of stock. That means those cards either went out of stock long ago and have never been updated, or they store is purposefully listing them out-of-stocked for low prices to draw customers.

Always check stocks.

Karakas is 3$ lol.

Their blog hasn't been updated since March.

Honestly, I wouldn't even bother. I already had to file a dispute through my credit card company against Evolution Gaming Store. I'm not going to go through that again just to go fishing on a site that looks derelict.

Woven is a gambling man. We will see if it pays off.

I am not, so it is up to him.

November 26, 2013 6:52 p.m.

I'll gamble if I already know the outcome.

I'm pretty sure it's not gambling if you already know the outcome.

I ordered from that site July 2012. My order never arrived and I was eventually refunded on my purchase. I attempted contact through email and never received any sort of reply, I am pretty sure that site closed shop a long time ago.

@Didgeridooda, Azure124, 3mouse, and Epochalyptik. I disputed it on my pay pal account a few days afterwards being a bit wary after I read posts on this and the link to mtgsalvation. I did first email them first using their webpage to see if the cards were even sent and I received no response from them, but I did receive a response from them earlier today on my dispute on my pal account. They were very nice and respectful and said if I had no disputed they would of sent the cards and thanked me for shopping on their webpage or at least my attempt to and they said it was a "bummer" that we weren't able to do business and refunded my money. I thought you all would like to know the update, not saying I would of received the cards but they did respond rather quickly to the dispute and were graceful doing so.

November 30, 2013 11:53 p.m.

The fact that they responded to your dispute and not to your email tells you everything about their policy. Let them know that.

@Epochalyptik I just sent them email regarding that, so we will see if I get a response back. I'll post it here if I do.

heya. i too ordered from them and got a refund as well, but then i contacted him and got the cards for cheap later on. i found their email - [email protected]

i did a little digging, and the website is run by some guy named Ron - nice guy. He explained to me that he has all the cards in stock still, but doesn't get around to updating the website much (last set was innistrade i think?) . He apologized and said he wasn't aware that people were talking about his site. Kind of an afterthought. I think the guy was a Pro Tour player back in the day. Anyways, i would contact Ron if you had an order. I believe the less work the better - but if i were you, I also wouldn't' be sending money to a website if A) it wasn't updated and B) theres no contact information. Once we had good commications, i found the prices more than fair, and the inventory good. Think about it, all the cards have been purchased, and he didnt update the inventory. Makes sense that he wouldn't be bothered, eh.

Contact the guy, see what he has for you. Unless thats too much effort.

AardvarkMan thank you very much for that info. The reason I took a chance even tho the website is outdated is because it uses pay pal, so If I dont get the cards I get my money back. It has worked out for me in the past , so its a gamble but if I dont get my cards I get a refund either by disputing. I definitely will contact him through that email since on the page doesnt seem that the contact info doesnt work through the other email.

I accepted a few of his offers - sent the payment. he shipped priority with delivery confirmation. I was happy. i would vouch him. and he had 4x of all the cards i needed to boot.

happy spell slinging!
