Like I have cards from dozens of expansions, but I wanna buy more, so I need to sell some of my old ones to get more money.Do people buy repackaged cards from totally random sets to draft? And how hard are they to sell? Obviously they are all near mint.

As long as you are honest and don't offer "insane deals" like advertising that they could get a Mox Ruby in their pack when they very obviously won't, then eBay is the place for that. I see a lot of people selling bad draft packs for like a dollar each fairly successfully.

ThatJunkMage I hate people like that. I saw one that had a picture of a Mox Sapphire sitting on top of a pile of cards, and it was so clear that they just printed a picture of it off Google Images and stuck it in a top-loader in front of a basic land. But yeah, there's literally no way to ever get anything of Mox value out of something like that. No way they'd ever give up that kind of value for that low of an investment.

I've seen re-packs for sale on ebay, i'd recommend watching them for a week or so to what sort of offers they get or how fast/slow they sell to get a better idea.

There are tons of them on EBay, and I've heard some people have gotten good things. But you don't hear about the bad packs.

eBay is your best bet, but be warned that there are a lot of people who have been burned by repackages (especially with the fiasco that was Modern Masters 2015) so don't be surprised if there are people who don't put 100 percent faith in you initially. that being said, there's a definite market out there, especially people looking to start a collection (or start one back), or are looking for an inexpensive way to get their kids/friends into Magic.
