Japanese Chandra, Pyromaster

What would you value a Japanese Chandra, Pyromaster they have the foil Japanese one on starcity for $200 so am I correct in thinking that mine has to be at least 70-80?

It probably goes for about the same price as the English version. Foreign foils are an entirely different creature than regular foreign cards. The only notably more expensive regular foreign cards are Korean and Russian, and it's not by a whole ton.

No. The Japanese nonfoil should be somewhere between $40-50.
