Keep or Sell?

So I've got a Chandra, Flamecaller that's now sitting at a little over $20, and I'm thinking to myself, Keep, or Sell?
I'm not sure how much she'll see play in this upcoming set, so I honestly have no idea where her cap is at.
And while I've got this topic up, is Secure the Wastes seeing any eternal play? It's currently about $5 and I'm thinking about getting rid of them on pucatrade before they rotate and drop. Thoughts?
And you know, while we're at it, if anyone wants on opinion on what to keep or sell(/trade), ask here. Let's help each other out!

Secure the Wastes is primed for a spike if Westvale Abbey takes off in standard or Modern. I'd keep both for another few weeks to see how they fare in the new meta.

Long term: secure is a $2 card at best. It's playable as like a one of in modern tokens and EDH, but not amazing.
Chandra sees play in legacy all in red, but all new planeswalkers get tested in weird eternal decks. She's fine, but let's look at Elspeth, Sun's Champion to see what happens to a $30 mana planeswalker after rotation. I'd say pitch the chandra soon and save that last 25% for someone else.

"Soon" may be a bit of an overstatement. Sure, Chandra will likely fall after she rotates, but she's not leaving for a long while, and she does seem poised to do well in standard with the return of madness.

Chandra is only going to go up. She is insane with madness affects, and she creates "card advantage" while protecting herself. I can see her being $30 in a few months.
I've not seen Secure the Wastes anywhere but one ofs sometimes in Modern Tokens.
