I'm considering buying up some of them pretty soon since they seem to be low right now. Even Polluted Delta is only $16 TCG Mid right now. Is now a good time or will they decline even more in the next couple months?
They will likely keep around the same price for most of their standard time. Once KtK drafts stop they might have a slight increase in price then start climbing a bit more after a year.

Expect them to act like shocklands. 10ish for most of their standard-ness, dip after rotation, slowly rise after that point.

The safe bet is to get foils now. They are inexpensive and will have the most value increase after rotation. And with the rumors of Zen fetches in the last part of Khans/M16 normal fetch-lands will have a lower economic growth in the foreseeable future. If your looking to get a larger margin on your investment within the next 2-4 years my bet would be on foil fetches as a reprint of Zen fetches will keep the market flooded and only the blue fetch-lands will net a higher price in the next couple of years, as blue cards tend to do.

However, you shouldn't rely on rumors to base your economic strategies on. Base it off of the current information you have; which is presently that foils are the best investment long term, and picking up any fetches right now wouldn't be a bad idea.

They should still go down a few dollars since KTK will still be opened a lot more, but probably not that much. Foothills are already $12.5

If anything, I think they will only go up in the future.
