Where do you guys see this card going? It's a mainstay in Modern Affinity and Infect decks everywhere, both decks playing a playset, and has an amount of casual appeal. So is $10 about right, or is Inkmoth headed upwards? In other words, should I trade it away? I'm inclined to hold on to the one I have.

I thought it was around $6.00 ish mid on TCGPlayer. Took a glance at prices last night. Could be mistaken, though.
In any case, Infect is gaining in popularity in Modern and Legacy. Affinity is also a tier 1 deck in Modern and a good deck in Legacy. I have two I plan on holding onto.
If the aforementioned decks become more popular, demand will increase thereby raising the price. Goblin Guide is a prime example.

If you don't need it sell it. It might increase to $15, it might decrease to $5. People should play the game more and stop speculate about value all the time. You could maybe earn a free cheeseburger or two in a couple of months, but my suggestions would be to sell the god damn thing now and get something you want if its just sitting there in your binder.

@smackjack I see your point. The issue is that I keep convincing myself that I'm going to use the Inkmoth, and that selling/trading it away will mean I have to buy it back for more later. I don't have the time or money to throw into the deck, though. =(

TheAnnihilator I know the feeling. If its a card you see yourself playing in the future then keep it :) Don't keep it just because you think you will make more money selling it later.

I think it will be steady where it is. It is good in two archtypes, and the causal appeal is pretty much one of those archetypes in infect. Therefore I don't think it will really move in either direction, especially as a rare
