Misprinted Foil Gurmag Swiftwing

So opening boosters the other day I pulled a heavily blotched foil Gurmag Swiftwing.

To the point where is virtually unrecognizable, and foiled on top of the misprint to result in a very cool image.

Standard foil is only worth about a buck, but he is a very playable card.

Does anyone see any value here? So far the consensus around the local shops is alot of people want to get it off me, but no one is clear what he would be worth......

Miscut foils usually get a premium. Since there isn't an easy way to get value on something like though, it might be you fielding the best offer. Maybe try to call customer service at SCG and see what they would do on it

I love how the flavor text fits!

You might be best served starting with a price and seeing how people react. I've had to do the same with my foreign foils, since sometimes there is just no comparison.

@ChiefWannaHacka Thats the problem, I know some of these can demand a substantial amount, and I can not find anything similar on ebay, amazon or online card shops so its hard to find a base. I doubt it is worth a mint, but would hate if it turned out to be and I dumped it for pennies lol

I think I will do as suggested and reach out to SCG and see what they offer.

Honestly, I wouldn't expect much.

Its definitely cool, but its just some ink issues.

I hear you, and feel the same. I just want to be sure. Summer Hurricane gets $15k - $20k Can. in near mint soooooo lol

Clearly jokes, this is no where on the realm of that but funny none the less.

I'm not an economist, nor a misprint judge, so take my warning with a grain of salt.

Are you concerned with trying to maximize from out of your area, or would you rather offer it up to your LGS group? Get a baseline if you can from SCG, then maybe an ad hoc auction with said base at your LGS. They win, you win, and auctions are fun.
