MM15: Multiple foils per pack misprints!

Hey, at my LGS during the MM15 release, one of the boxes opened had as many as three foils per pack.
There was some variance, but out of the five packs I opened from the box, three had 3x foil, one had a single foil, and one had 2x foil. From what I understood, slightly two thirds of the packs in the box had this error.
I thought it was a fun streak of luck and thought nothing more of it.
However, the following day I went to the LGS again, a guy bought some packs, opened them, and once again there were three foils in his pack. Me and some friends decided to buy the rest of the cards in that box (Only four packs for me) and they all had multiple foils in them.
So here's the thing, I have seen two different boxes opened, and both of them had this print error, apparently there were even more that got opened earlier that had this error too, yet I haven't heard of anything of this online.
Was this just a local batch error, or is this something that happens regularely? If so, how does it affect the average value of packs? Can you get multiple foil rares in one pack or does it follow normal pack structure, etc.
I'm interested in hearing your opinions or if you have any experience with the matter!
I opened two foil bolts, a foil remand, a foil eldrazi temple, some foil karoos, foil dispatch, two foil brute forces, foil comet storm, a foil of the blue proliferate enchantment and several jank foils. From what I saw they were taking the spot of a card of their proper rarity (Common foil replacing a common slot etc).
Don't be too sad about the foil comet storm, I opened a cryptic, confidant, mox opal and a kozilek too.... Which is pretty good in 7 packs don't you think?
notamardybum: If that's the case, we need to figure out how often it happens, which cards you can get as foil (Doesn't really matter if all the cards are foil if they are all limited fodder) to really evaluate the EV of a MM15 pack.

Mtg Headquarters opened such a pack containing 2 foils on his youtube channel.

One of boxes had the all the rares upside down...wish I had the multi foil one instead <_<

I doubt it was a mistake by wizards. Someone at my lgs opened a pack with 2 foils
