MM17 sealed box $69 on ebay ?!?!

Just saw a bunch of listings of factory sealed boxes for $69. whats happening? is this a scam?

They all are new sellers, so it does seem sketchy. What does everyone else think?

I don't know the only thing that kinda saves this is the money back guarantee from ebay. But even then I'd still err on the side of caution.

Ive done something similar in the past, where i saw a super good deal on a foil Liliana of the Veil. I got the card a couple weeks later, and it was the crappiest fake ive ever seen. It was like 75% the size of a real card. I got my money back from ebay after a month, but I would still recommend staying far away from going down that path

One thing to look out for is it says the seller only accepts Paypal, which is a problem. Generally if you pay over paypal, it has to go through a huge dispute Paypal in order to get your money back, not Ebay because Paypal has to deem the item that you buy is not actually what you bought due to large amounts of people using Paypal to scam in the past.
