Hi I am having difficulty in deciding wether i should bring for trade my Xenagos, God of Revel, Mogis,God of Slaughter, Athreo, God of Passage and mutavault(M14) as I am guessing maybe they might lose value as it going from standard or should I keep certain one (maybe mutavault and athreo) that might wont go down.

Also I wonder if this list for cards to invest in look alright (any other suggestion would be appreciated):

Any shockland

Medomai the Ageless

Eidolon of the great revel

Prognostic Sphinx

Young Pyromancer

Snapcaster mage

thoughtseize

True-Name Nememis

Thanks!

Uhhh the gods aren't about to rotate out, but when they do they will plummet. Mutavault will go up over time.

Shocklands are good investment, mdeomai is bad, eidolon of revel unsure, prognostic bad (unless you buy it like right now and it goes up next standard season - but over the long term its bad), pyromancer unsure to bad, snapcaster good, thoughtseize good, true-name good.

Pyromancer is starting to see some legacy play on top of his modern appearances. Definitely pick up a playset or two and sit on em for a while. They'll probably hit about $5 within a year or so.

Eidolon of the Great Revel - yes this card is the real deal

Medomai the Ageless - bad investment

Prognostic Sphinx - terrible investment

Young Pyromancer - seems okay to hold onto, if reprinted it becomes worth next to nothing

Thoughtseize - will retain or increase in value

True-Name Nemesis - unlikely to be reprinted in a large quantity, good investment

Snappy and Shocklands are a yes

You should've got rid of Athreos, God of Passage as soon as you opened him. Do it now while he is still around $10, the highest he is buylisted is at $6. The other gods are not worth much and are not going to go up much if any. Mutavault seems like a wash at this point. If you're going to play them, keep them. If not then move them.

Prognostic Sphinx will most likely replace AEtherling come fall. It's already being played as a four-of in U/W/x Control and BUG Control in Theros Block Constructed. I think if you can get them for under $1, go for it. At worst, you'll break even later down the road if you sell them back for $1.

Young Pyromancer is easily a $5 card, if not more. His power level is up there with Snapcaster Mage and Stoneforge Mystic outside of Standard. Considering he's not coming back in M15, he's a pretty good investment.

Thoughtseize is a reasonable investment. Played in just about every black deck across all formats.

I'm really unsure about True-Name Nemesis . I'd wait for the July18th. banlist updates. He may not be banned, but something else that goes with him in Legacy could very well make the demand for him to tank. He's been going down in price since Commander was released. No doubt he'll go up after a while.

Everything else you listed is either at a peak price or has been going down. Regardless of anything we've talked about, shock lands are going to be your best bet. They are at an all-time low and the demand for them is high. Personally, I'd probably skip on everything else you listed and just go straight for shock lands.
