I've just bought a playset of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx at 28 $, it's a good price?

Yes, and they'll be standard for about another year and 3/4, so...yeah.

I think the price will drop, I cannot quite see what format it could excel in. Maybe some kind of mono-colored ehd, but they are usually not very good so...

rotattion means the entire Theros block, so its about a year, isn't it? about march 2015?

No. Block rotations happen in the fall. Nykthos will not rotate until October 2015.
