I understand they are older more rare and quite a few people like the art more than the khans ones but is there any other reason why they are more than double the khans ones? Also will the price hold over a year or two theyve been pretty steady through the khans standard but ive never really been a MTG expert. Let me know what you guys think thank you.

Less in rotation.

Harder to acquire.

People like the old border, and the old art.

I think they will do the same thing that the original shocks did, stay at a little over double until the new ones rotate and then drop to about a 20-25% premium above the new ones.

I think they'll stay a bit pricier. Unlike the shocks, fetches are unspeakably important in the Eternal Formats, and the ONS fetches also feature the Allied colors, which includes W/U and U/B, arguably the most played colors in Magic. I'd expect them to stay high.

The question was about the price differential, not the absolute price. After Khans is out of print the differential should fall. This could mean the new ones going up or the old ones coming down. However I feel the differential will not hold at 100%+ and that it will fall to 20-25%.
