So what is the general consensus on the value of pre-release promo versions of the flip walkers from origins such as Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip compared to non-promo versions? Should they be valued as more than than a normal? Less? Mainly asking for trade value purposes as most sites I look at for for pricing do not have the promo versions on there.

Depends on the person. I'd say more likely more, since the new system of promos makes each one harder to come by.

More valuable because there are fewer of them.

promo foils are worth close to the same as regular foils, and both are worth more than non-foils.

compare with older promo foils from other sets that are currently in high demand, like Siege Rhino, Dragonlord Ojutai, or Den Protector. all of those foils/promo foils are pretty close to each other.

Lol, shuflw, those 3 cards all show how there's no way for anyone to know how the pack foil version will compare to the promo foil version. The promo for Dragonlord Ojutai is less than the pack foil, the promo for Siege Rhino is the same as the pack foil, and the promo Den Protector is worth more than the pack foil.

It comes down to what people are willing to pay for them more than anything else.

Promo Soulfire Grand Master is worth way less than a pack foil, and I expect Liliana to settle around in Standard how Soulfire did: good, but not actually very played in winning decks.
