price for this collection?

first post so hope i'm posting this right and in the correct section. What would be a fair cash price for this collection? thanks
I very quickly came up with about 1500 for what you could easily offload it for. Could likely be more, I didn't sit and do the math.

If you add it to a binder on this website, you can get a mid price generated from that. Go about 65-75% of that.

I started looking at it, and was pretty impressed. Then I scrolled down, and down and down. My eyes kept going ok....this is nice. Damn this is nice. Yeah you'll never see that again lol. Very nice collection if it's yours.

I looked up TCG low on the bottom 4 pics based on what printing I assumed some were, and it was just shy of 4500. That is a pretty nice collection! I would say cash price may be 5 to 6k... That would probably be a very good deal. Though I am not gonna claim to be an expert.

Ok I added up every card using tcg mid except for some that I could not read and did not know the name of which was only like 6 cards and it adde dup to 8569. Fair cash price? idk it woud be hard to move all those cards at once whether your buying or selling probably like 7500-7900. If your buying it good luck....if your selling....should probably piece it out a bit...still goodluck lol.

More than I ever hope to spend on this card game. But honestly, probably about the same as a nice car.

This is a strange collection. Very much enjoyed that it just kept getting better though as it went. I started off with "Oh, 5 Platinum Angel, how quaint." and pretty much ended at "Holy friggen dual lands..."

Agreed with Junk. You can pretty much construct any competitive Modern, Legacy, or EDH deck, and have the start for Vintage, save the Power 9.
On a different note, I've heard that folks are paying money for testicles. I have one I'm not using...

I feel skiddy about this....
- he has a large volume of high value cards
- he can't recognize the value of some cards vs others (phyrex arena with goyfs)
- his first post on a new account
- honestly, a real player would know they have platinum and known the price of all the cards and not been "lazy" enough to price them all himself.
I think these cards are stolen...

thanks for all the replies. this was a collection i picked up about 2 months ago and just finished sorting through. I actually meticulously went through the collection and these were the best of the cards. I bought this collection with the idea that it would be an investment and was trying to get an idea whether i overpaid, but really thanks to all with the positive replies... for those with the negativity <> -_+ <>

As much as I don't like accusation, @Asher18 is right. If you did nothing wrong, and did not stole anything, and actually bought it, providing a link is very easy. Providing a link to the original sale to eliminate all doubt is worth and gives more credibility than not. It's not a hassle. But if you are hiding it, you are providing doubt among the Magic community. Because I am very curious in a good way on such original source of this collection. :) caus I wish I jumped on it.

Asher18 the original link to the posting expired. If you've ever bought anything off craigslist you will know the posting expires after an alotted amount of time or the seller removes the post after selling the item. I came on here seeking feedback and information not to defend myself to accusations by you, besides have you in any way contributed to the original question / post other than accusing me of being a thief?
DivineGrace I don't have a link to it, the posting expired. I have saved emails, a copy of the posting on a text file and pictures from the seller's ad but due the amount of negative feedback I doubt that will mean anything. this is not meant to flame you but I just don't see what good it will do as I came on here to share some pictures and get some feedback, not to sit on the witness stand.

GSR 3K seems like an absolute steal to me. Nice find! If you are not using (or just keeping) them all they will certainly allow you to trade into virtually any deck for almost any format minus Vintage.

RED FLAG!!!!!! I have seen so may counterfeits specifically of the cards posters here!!! What's it's worth? Nothing until you prove they aren't black core Huang prints.
