Above the artist's name on the prismatic piper where a letter indicates rarity on most new cards there is an S instead of a c or a u or a r or m. What does this S mean in the scope of rarity? It's not a misprint all of them have it, it's 6 cents now but will it be worth something later for having a different rarity marker? even cardkingdom and other sellers have its rarity marked as S what does this mean?
To add to what DoomNoodle said you can use any number of them when you draft like basic lands

The same way that allows you to play seven Islands. You just can.

Dredge4life I meant where do they come from if you don't draft them

If you could draft it in person the lgs would provide them. But the odds of pulling one are like 1/3rd so if your drafting a box you'll get a good mum or of them

I've seen people mention that you can have any number of Piper in your deck without drafting them. I don't think this is the case. The rules for Piper's use do say you can use two of them as commander's because of the partner effect and that they are available like basic lands would be if for some reason you didn't have any legendary creatures to be your commander. I don't think it allows for you to load a deck with them if you want to. The rules sheet that comes with a draft booster box specifically says, "If you didn't draft The Prismatic Piper, don't worry. You can bring in up to two Pipers from outside the draft."

its a specialty rarity for this set. that card is meant to show up in 1 of 6 packs for the sake of drafting.
