Now that the new art is going to be in MMA2015 what do we think the price of the old art will be? I'm trying to trade for a playset but don't really know where to start.

I actually think that the price for the old art ones will remain the same as it is now or only take a $1-2 hit. Not so much for the art, but the flavor text on the old one is way cooler than on the new ones. I don't have a set of Remands myself yet, but I really like the older ones more for just that reason and I for one would be willing to pay a little more to get them.

I guess I'll try to pick them up for 10-12 a piece

If you can get them for $10 apiece, that would be great People always value the original art more, but I can see the new Remands being around $5 or so. Still, the old art ones shouldn't drop too much.

Yeah, new Remands are going to sit at $5 once things settle down. I doubt the old art will be affected at all, though.

I was fortunate enough to open a pack-fresh Ravnica copy. I bought a random pack at like $12 for a treat. Three Dreams was the (garbage) rare, but the Remand made it worth it. :)

Got a playset of rav remands today for 2 lp darksteel vials and a metric tonne of bulk I wasn't using. I'd say I did okay. Thanks for all the feedback guys

I hope all the remands tank. I think this is going to have a pretty significant effect on the price of the original. 1/3 value dip or so. I also hope that remand becomes a 2 dollar card, though I see the new one staying higher then that.

Serendipitous_Hummingbird:

Some random card shop in Jacksonville, FL. Dan's Sports Cards I think it's called.

Most of their stuff is overpriced as hell but I was in the area and decided to pick a random pack up for fun.
