I have one foil copy and one non-foil copy. Does anyone see this card rising in value anytime soon or after RtR rotates?

If it takes off in modern burn, maybe. I think it certainly has a place since half the creatures in the format fold to Lightning Bolt , and Forked Bolt can act as a 1-life ping plus Electrolyze without the cantrip for one mana with it out. But then there's the argument that you would be better off just killing them with Goblin Guide s and Hellspark Elemental s. Maybe it has a place in U/W/R control? It needs to be broken and I think it's very undertested and has so much potential.

That's why I am hesitant to trade it. I think it has the potential to be broken but I guess we will have to wait - we do have until Theros rotates out in standard. Maybe modern will do something, like you said. I suppose holding onto them wouldn't do any harm.

I really like the position burn is in after rotation. If some more decent burn spells printed, the losses they take from losing M14 and RtR burn spells are easily replaced. The slower manabases of scrylands, as well as the loss of Sphinx's Revelation leaves burn in a pretty good position. This is with only the theros set considered- M15 and Huey, Dewey, and Louie will obviously change this but I think standard burn looks good post-rotation.
