SCG shipping?

I was wondering if anyone knows if StarCityGames does free shipping if your order hits a certain price mark. I haven't been able to find anything that says this on their site, but I thought someone that's bought from there might know if they do that or not.

I wasn't sure where to post this, so hopefully this forum is safe since that's probably where it would've been banished to anyways if I picked one it shouldn't be in lol

I think the shipping's free only if you pick the order up in-store.

I ordered an Underground Sea from them and the shipping was absolutely not free.

I think it's something they offer as a promotion. Currently they're introducing a new deal every day (M-F) that will last through the end of the month, so it may just not be something currently available (if it's something they ever offer).

Yeah I was looking to get some of the stuff on sale right now, but was hoping to be able to get free shipping with it, otherwise the like 10-15% I'm "saving" is just going to be negated by the shipping cost, and then I may as well just get it from tcgplayer instead lol... I'll probably just keep it to supplies, not cards, then which should still be a decent deal even with shipping. Thanks for the info

I've bought entire decks and only paid $3 shipping. How much are you buying?

right but that $3 makes a card that's on sale for like a dollar or two off of original price (which may put it below tcg prices, but not by much) no longer worth purchasing from scg. I guess if I had an order such that the total price below tcg price I was paying was more that $3 it would technically be worth it, but the cards I was looking at didn't fit that criterion

Or it makes the playmat that I thought I was going to pay $5 for cost over 8. Don't get me wrong it's still a good deal in that case, but it's not as good as originally thought

Their prices are much closer to tcg nowadays. But you can also order cards and pick up at events.

I also like the things like tokens they add in, and when buying a bunch of small stuff its soo much easoer than tcg where you cant buy a card for 99c even with 99c shipping bc its under $1. So for a bunch of small stuff scg is better

SCG is a bunch of greedy Jews. They wouldn't give up a cent for anything.
