Currently around the $30 mark. Is this something I should hold on to or sell ASAP as its not going to get higher

I made the mistake when I scored a foil Sheeli Rai and sold her before Aether Revolt was released, I'm going to try to avoid that

According to MTGGoldfish, the current price for a foil Search for Azcanta  Flip is around $36 for paper. the price also appears to be dropping, and has dropped in price a lot over the past couple days, so in my opinion, the time is probably now to sell it before it drops in price even more.

Sell into the hype. Saheeli was different since many people thought it was a bad card before the combo was revealed in Aether Revolt. Azcanta is seeing lots of play now and is recognized as a good card, so you don't need to fear it suddenly spiking more. It's also not conducive as a combo piece, so I doubt it will unexpectedly spike.

I would also suggest selling now.

It will drop in price as more packs are cracked, and it is a good price at the moment.

As an interesting note, I'm interested in acquiring your foil Azcanta, actually. I honestly don't really know what the price will end up being, but I play blue and Azcanta is a card I need access to -- are you willing to make a trade, AgentGreen? I suppose I should mention that I've been a reputable trader on here for 4 years with 78 successful trades, haha.

The problem is TheAnnihilator is that I already have an offer to trade from someone local

It's no problem -- first come first serve and local over online both are 2 of my trading philosophies, so I totally understand. Just let me know if y'all can't work anything out. :)
