Scry Lands Post Rotation

I'm looking to pick up the temples for commander use, but seeing as many of them are still over $1-2 and they are rotating out in literally no time at all I figure I can just wait a week for them if prices are going to go down significantly.

Do you think that they are at their lowest now (~ a week or so before they are no longer playable in anything but commander) or will they just suddenly plummet to Guildgate territory as soon as October rolls around?

Well, not guildgate territory, 'cause they are still rare. But it will be rare to find them, especially the blue ones for less than 1-2 bucks.

They will have Mininmal value post rotation. Wait until December if you can, they'll be stupid low then

Depending on what color combination your looking for I predict only a few will go below a dollar like Temple of Mystery. Others will probably hold their value for the most part like Temple of Epiphany.

Cards are generally cheaper right before rotation then they are after. This is because standard players are dumping them to try and minimize losses, and supply is high. They level out once they've rotated, and begin to climb if there's still demand.

TLDR: buy what you want now, they're unlikely to get any cheaper.

Egann - my advice for cubes (casual ones with your playgroup), is to proxy whatever you want. No one was gonna fork out the cash for a cube only Jace, the Mind Sculptor - but it's a lot of fun playing with one. Same for Black Lotus, Time Walk, etc...
