Sell cards to buy cards for Commander?

So I have a Woodland Bellower, Goblin Piledriver, Archangel of Tithes, Day's Undoing and a promo Priest of the Blood Rite that I don't plan on trading/using. Would it be safe to sell these cards ($38.50 store credit, w/o priest) to get some cards for my Commander deck? I really want to start playing Commander, and this would help me get some of the more expensive cards (manabase, Mycosynth Lattice, Darksteel Forge). Again, I don't plan on trading/using any of these, and I don't trade often. Is it safe to sell?

EDIT: forgot to say that I am also selling a Languish (total stays the same)

p.s.- If anyone is curious, I am building a Mishra, Artificer Prodigy deck.

Might as well fi you arent going to play them I dont expect those cards to go up significantly anytime soon and seems like a good price

If you're not playing any of those cards it would be wise to move them now. None of those cards will hold value based off of Standard play and waiting in order to trade them at full value will probably result in similar value to selling them to the store now due to time. Only card with upside is Piledriver and that's only if it finds a place in Modern.

Sell them now. Waiting any longer will begin to cost you sales value.

Wut?

ROMzombie Mishra is stupid if you know how to play him right. There's a Mishra primer on the site that's just insane.

Sell them online not at your LGS, they'll rip you off. Those cards are worth >$50

Also, all those cards are overhyped (except Languish and maybe Archangel of Tithes) so I agree with the sentiment to sell them now.

Huh. I think that deck would end up getting as much play as my Jhoria Anticipation and Suspense does with my local playgroup. None at all, once it was unveiled. People just didn't want to deal with it's hijinx.

I'd keep the Bellower and the Angel if you're planning on building for EDH. They both have great potential in multiple deck archetypes and aren't going to drop in price for a while.
